PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Q: How long will it take to receive my Three Jane purchase?

A: All personalized orders require 3-4 weeks processing before they ship. Once they ship, they should arrive in 2-4 business days.
If you intend the purchase as a gift, and will not receive it in time, please email info@threejaneny.com and we will provide you with a gift notification card for the recipient- informing them that a Three Jane Personalized Gift is on its way. Please see rush options for information regarding rush delivery.

 

Rush Options

Q: I really need it ASAP! Is Rush Option Available?

A: Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email us at info@threejaneny.com along with the date you would like to receive it. We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for that specific style. If you have already placed your order, please be sure to include the order number in the email (found in the confirmation email you received).

A: At this time, we ship to all countries.

 

Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Three Jane purchase, you may return the item up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit only. This does NOT apply to any customized, personalized or engraved pieces, as those cannot be returned. Please email us at info@threejaneny.com to inform us of the return, as well as the reason for your return.

 

Repairs

Please follow the instructions below to properly care for your Three Jane jewelry so that it retains its shine and color. If at any point you would like to have your Three Jane jewelry professionally cleaned and polished, you are welcome to send it back to us for a complimentary service. The only charge for this service is the return shipping charge of $10.

Please email info@threejaneny.com to receive an authorization number prior to shipping it. Jewelry sent without an authorization number cannot be processed.

 

Q: How do I care for my Three Jane Jewelry?

  • A: Sterling Silver and Gold Plating by their very nature will tarnish over time. The best way to prevent excess tarnish is by caring for your silver and plated jewelry properly. Here are some tips:
  • When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing it in a sealed bag. A Ziplock bag is fine.
  • Do not wear your jewelry while showering, swimming, washing dishes, applying perfume, engaging in sports or working out.
  • After wearing your jewelry, we recommend wiping them with a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth to remove dirt and tarnish.
  • To fully remove tarnish and any stains on your silver or plated jewelry, we recommend using any anti-tarnish silver polish that can be found at your local supermarket or drugstore. Some brands that we have found to be effective include Tarn-X and Hagerty. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and to always wear gloves when working with silver polish.
  • If using a liquid silver polish, we recommend dipping a Q-Tip into the polish and cleaning the jewelry in a delicate, circular movement to remove the tarnish and dirt. Rinse off the polish and dry immediately

Gift Wrap

Q: I am buying a Three Jane piece as a gift. I would like to write a gift note to include with the gift. How do I do so?

Materials Used

Q: What is Sterling Silver?

A: As silver is too soft a metal in its pure form to be used for jewelry, it is mixed with other metals (creating an alloy) to create sterling silver. The US Federal Trade Commission, the FTC, stipulates that jewelry sold in the US cannot be marked or described as Silver or Sterling Silver unless it contains at least 92.5% pure silver. You will therefore find a .925 marking on all Three Jane Sterling Silver pieces confirming they abide by the FTC laws.

 

Q: What is Gold Plated?

A: Gold Plating is a method of depositing a layer of gold onto another surface of metal. In the case of Three Jane jewelry, the base metal is sterling silver with a heavy 18kt gold plating on top. Nickel is used in the plating to insure a strong, heavy plating. Our gold plating is certified Lead and Cadmium free.

 

Q: Will the Gold Plating wear off?

A: If properly cared for, our heavy gold plating will not wear. Please visit JEWELRY CARE for instructions on proper care.

Holiday Cutoffs

Unless otherwise indicated, Holiday 2014 cutoff for personalized jewelry is Monday, December 1st, 2013 11:59PM EST for guaranteed December 24th arrival.

 

This cutoff date applies to the majority of Three Jane styles. However, certain styles and colors require a longer lead-time.

 

Please note that rush holiday production (arrives within 7 business days) are available for select styles. Select “standard overnight shipping” when placing your item order. Items placed as rushed before December 16th will arrive by December 24th.

 

If you will not receive the gift in time, we’re more than happy to send a Three Jane Gift Notification Card, which will inform the recipient that a personalized gift is on its way.
